Legal Issue

With judgement of May, 12th 1998 the county court Hamburg (Az.: 312 O 85/98) decided that the operator of a web site is liable for the content on web sites that are linked to from that web site because of the use of such links. This can only be avoided if the operator explicitly distances himself from the content of linked web sites. Since i do not have influence on the figuration and content of linked web sites they distance themselves hereby explicitly from such web sites and their content und do not adopt them as their own. The links are only under the liability of the particular provider.
